By accessing and using this website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use the site to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content. Bush & Bougie reserves the right to restrict access to any part of the website at any time.
Event & Experience Bookings
All event and experience bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed-upon partial payment and a written confirmation from Bush & Bougie. We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an experience due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case guests will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
Ticket Purchases
Tickets purchased for Bush & Bougie events are non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Tickets grant access to the named event only and may not be resold. Bush & Bougie is not responsible for tickets purchased through unauthorised third-party platforms.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before an event may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future experience. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days prior may receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. Where Bush & Bougie cancels an experience, guests will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative date. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our team.
Digital Products
Digital products, including guides, programmes, and downloadable content, are delivered electronically and are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. All digital content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or redistributed without the written consent of Bush & Bougie.
Merchandise Purchases
All merchandise orders are subject to availability. Once an order is placed and payment confirmed, it will be processed and dispatched within the stated timeframe. Defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Returns on merchandise are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original condition.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided during booking, registration, or purchase. You agree to treat fellow guests, facilitators, and the natural environments we gather in with care and respect. Bush & Bougie reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
